Certification Training Automotive Cybersecurity Engineer

This 3-day course will equip you with the essential knowledge to tackle cybersecurity in the automotive industry.

In this course, you’ll dive into the world of automotive cybersecurity, learning how to develop cybersecurity requirements for the automotive sector, all while staying in line with key standards like ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE homologation requirements (UNECE Regulations [155]/[156]), and more. You’ll also get a sneak peek at functional safety (ISO 26262) and the security add-on to Automotive SPICE^®.

• A hands-on workshop for conducting a TARA (Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment) according to ISO/SAE 21434.

• You’ll also receive a TARA tool and process description to help you on your journey.

By the end of this qualification course, you will:

• Understand the ISO/SAE 21434 cybersecurity standard in depth.

• Understand the rationale behind key provisions and their significance.
• Put your knowledge into practice with hands-on exercises.
• Grasp the UNECE WP.29 regulations [155] and [156] and their homologation requirements.

This course is for:

• Stakeholders who need to apply the ISO/SAE 21434 standard — engineers, project managers, department heads, purchasing, legal teams, and more.

It is helpful to already have an understanding of the basic concepts of cybersecurity or to be prepared, as the training focuses primarily on the content of the standards and is not a general introductory course in automotive cybersecurity.
